Cancellation Policy
Aesthetic Luxury Spa – Cancellation Policy
At Aesthetic Luxury Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure we provide the best service to all clients, we’ve established the following cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows (failure to arrive or cancel within the timeframe) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay for future services.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and ensure your full service time.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits
• Select services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
• Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe will forfeit your deposit.
Membership & Package Appointments
• Membership or package holders must also follow the 24-hour cancellation policy.
• Missed or late-canceled appointments will result in the loss of that service for the month/package.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable exceptions.
