CANCELLATION & TREATMENT POLICY Aesthetic Luxe Spa At Aesthetic Luxe Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide exceptional service to all guests, the following policies apply to all appointments, services, and treatments. ⸻ Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. • No-shows (failure to arrive or cancel within the required timeframe) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and completion of required forms. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. ⸻ Deposits • Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit. ⸻ Membership & Package Appointments • Membership and package appointments are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy. • Missed or late-canceled appointments will result in the loss of that service for the applicable month or package. ⸻ Important Treatment Notes & Medical Policies (Filler Dissolve Services) • This service only dissolves hyaluronic acid–based fillers, including Juvederm®, Restylane®, Versa®, Revanesse®, and similar products. • Some clients may require multiple dissolve sessions depending on the amount, placement, and age of the filler. • Filler may dissolve unevenly or gradually, which is a normal and expected part of the process. • Re-filling or corrective filler treatments are typically recommended 2–4 weeks after dissolve, once the tissue has fully settled. • All sales are final. No refunds are provided once product has been opened or administered. ⸻ Emergency Situations We understand emergencies can occur.
